Welcome!

I'm Nadene, your Heart Centred Therapist based in Cairns, Far North QLD. I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 10 years experience. 

Throughout my career I have worked in the mental health, child protection and domestic violence sectors, as well as provided counselling to children, adolescents and adults. I am also a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping Practitioner. 

I am super passionate about supporting people with their mental and emotional well-being.  

I love the outdoors, and most weekends will be out hiking, swimming or exploring. 

I love dogs and have a beautiful rescue named Koda who is a Mastiff cross. 

I provide professional counselling in Cairns with a warm, trauma-informed approach tailored to your individual needs.
