Booking an appointment

To book an appointment, please click on the "Book Now" button, alternatively, you're welcome to send an email or call. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out and if you're making contact from overseas, we can organise a time to chat on Zoom to answer any questions you may have. 

Appointments at this stage are being offered to anyone 18 years and above and via phone and online. In person appointments will be available early 2025.

The first appointment is considered the intake appointment, where we will go over what your goals and needs are. From there we will create a plan on how to address these needs and goals in the coming sessions.
