Hello and welcome!
My Name is Nadene Parker, and I am The Heart Centred Therapist.
The purpose of this page is to provide information regarding confidentiality and privacy. There will also be information regarding services, fees, and how to provide feedback.

Service Information
Sessions are currently being held online or via phone. In-person sessions will be available from early to mid-2025.
Standard one-on-one counselling sessions go for approximately 50 minutes and cost $185.00.
The first session will be spent getting to know one another and your reason for attending counselling. From there we will identify your goals and create a plan to address these goals.
The Heart Centred Therapist isn't a crisis service, therefore if needing support outside of our session time, please contact one of the below helplines:
Cancellation Policy
Where possible, please try to give 24 hours notice if needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment so the spot is then made available for someone else.
The Heart Centred Therapist understands that things can arise outside of our control but in situations where appointments are regularly cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice and for people who do not show up for their appointment, there may be a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
A reminder text and email will be sent a day before the appointment. Please respond either confirming or cancelling your appointment. If you have booked an appointment online, you also have the option 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule through the client portal in which you made your booking. You're also welcome to contact me directly on 0466 878 555 or theheartcentredtherapist@theheartcemtredtherapist.com to cancel or reschedule.
